Most small offices have never set up the three records that prove their email is genuine: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Without them, mail providers treat your messages as suspicious, and nothing stops a scammer from sending invoices “from” your address. You can’t see the problem from inside your inbox, but it shows up from the outside in minutes.
What’s included
- Review of how your domain sends mail today, including any services that send on your behalf (website forms, booking tools, newsletters)
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and tested for your email provider
- DMARC reporting turned on, so you can see who is sending mail as your domain
- A plain-language summary of what changed and why
Good to know
This is a fixed-price project. If your email is on an old host or a personal account, we’ll usually suggest moving it first, since the records are set up again after a move.
